Capturing Monsters

In the early stage of your adventure, you will encounter monsters that you can capture by using Rune Gemstone. Once successfully captured, the monster will serve you permanently; you will then have the choice to train and evolve the monster then use them to fight along you in the combat, or just trading them off as NFT in the marketplace. You will need Rune Gemstone with varying level to capture stronger and evolved monster. Using lower level Rune Gemstone is likely to fail against powerful monsters.

When you commence the adventure, you can purchase lower level Rune Gemstone in market located in the beginner town of Maple Island. You will earn more powerful Rune Gemstone as you level up by collecting the materials monster leave behind or purchase from other player in the marketplace.

There are certain skills only available to particular monsters which players will need to use strategically against strong enemies/bosses. For example, Slime Splash skill of Green Slime is very effective in decreasing the speed and dodge rate of boss monster – Wolverine. This encourages player to capture particular monsters to be used in different situation and events. This mechanism promote monsters trading between players to further increase the revenue of marketplace, which in turn benefits token and LP stakers through revenue sharing.
